Repair Pilot officially launched 3 months ago, and things haven’t really slowed down since!

The software itself is almost unrecognisable from the launch version, and that is thanks to all of you, our users! One of the best things about launching the software was getting your feedback, and seeing exactly how everyone uses the software, and in some cases, how differently you use it compared to each other. Learning this has meant that we have made the software much more flexible as a result, giving you more options about how Repair Pilot looks, feels and works!

Getting real world users responding to the software has seen us add around a dozen new features since launch and implement changes into the software to make the functionality more intuitive.

One thing that we have picked up on during the first 3 months of launch, is that no matter which type of repair business we speak to, whether it be a clock repair company, a bike shop or a computer repair centre, they all follow a similar workflow and service customers who expect or want a certain level of service. It was for this reason we pushed forward the development of our customer access portal. This is an area that you can send your customer access details for, and they can access their job history, invoices and more. You can find out more about this in our previous blog post: Repair Pilot Customer Portal.

So what have we got planned for the next 3 months? We have a lot planned for the coming months. We have a few surprises that we will be talking about and announcing at a later date. But, to wet your appetite a little bit, here are a few things that are going to be completed over the next 3 months:

  • Job Worksheets
  • Xero Integration
  • Accept Payments Through Repair Pilot
  • Complete Translation

We also hope to be speaking with all of you even more. Some of the best features and updates have come from talking with our customers, and we don’t expect that to change! If you have any suggestions for changes, or new features, we would love to hear them! You can send us an email to info@repairpilot.com, or call us on 0800 1337 491.
