Our repair tracking software can store your customers contact numbers, email address, and social media details. Plus, our software can text and email your customers from within the software, saving you time to get on with running your business.
Integration is seamless. Once you have been through the setup for your email and SMS credentials, you can send out alerts straight from the jobs page, plus, if you have marked that the customer would prefer to be contacted via SMS or email, whenever the job is updated, the software will automatically ask if you would like to send out an alert for the update.
At the moment, we are using Essendex as the provider for our SMS alerts, however, we are in the process of adding additional providers in the very near future.
